Unlike products such as heat patches and cooling gels that work by only cooling or heating the skin, Voltaren Emulgel with No Mess Applicator contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called diclofenac which targets pain at its source.

Emulgel technology helps the gel to penetrate deeply into the skin to enhance delivery of diclofenac to the point of pain. Applying the gel as directed in the Patient Information Leaflet lets the active ingredient, diclofenac, penetrate the skin and accumulate in reservoirs that then target the source of inflammation and pain over time. Diclofenac works by blocking the body’s production of some of the chemicals that cause you to feel pain, when you are experiencing tenderness and swelling.

How to use Voltaren Emulgel with No Mess Applicator

Rub gently into the affected area 3 or 4 times daily. Do not use for more than 2 weeks except on medical advice.

Voltaren Emulgel with No Mess Applicator contains 11.6mg/g of active ingredient diclofenac diethylamine, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID).

Do not use Voltaren Emulgel:

On children under 12 years
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
If you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, any other anti-inflammatory medicines or pain relievers
If tube seal is broken or missing
Until you read the enclosed leaflet carefully

Stop use and see your doctor immediately if:
You experience an allergic reaction.

While using this product:
